Please note…
- If you’re planning your photography around a particular seasonal highlight – for example, when our cherry blossom is in full bloom in the spring, or when our autumn colour is at its best – please be aware that this is entirely weather dependant.
- There is no access to the arboretum outside normal opening hours (9.30am-5pm).
- It is your responsibility to make arrangements to meet your clients upon arrival at Batsford.
- Commercial Photographers with no prior agreement will be charged £100 on the day. If you are found to be using the premises without permission you will be asked to leave immediately.
- Please be aware that the arboretum may have to close at short notice in bad weather, particularly high winds, for the safety of our visitors. In this instance, we will contact you to rearrange your booking. Please note, we are not liable to reimburse you for any other losses that you or your clients may incur due to our having to close.
- Batsford House (which is visible from the arboretum) is privately owned and therefore this area must not be filmed or photographed.
- The use of drones is not permitted.
